The GRTC Programs Committee identifies speakers and topics for the casual bi-monthly technology breakfasts held at The Place, at Innsbrook, for 150 guests.

1. To identify interesting breakfast speaker topics on emerging technologies.
2. To identify, recruit and bring to the breakfasts highly credentialed speakers with exceptional public speaking abilities and entertainment value.
3. To make every attempt to offer breakfast speakers that members might not ordinarily have the opportunity to hear.
4. To research and coordinate with other technology speaking venues to make sure the Council does not repeat speakers that members are likely to have heard recently elsewhere.
